HCOP-Health Careers Opportunity Program

From the HCOP website, this programs is described as " is an academic/extra-scholastic student support and resources program located on the campus of Fresno State. We are dedicated to serving students from economically and/or educationally disadvantaged backgrounds who have an interest in pursuing a career in the health and allied health professions."

On April 14, 2010, the new Science and Health Careers Information Center opened in the Science Building, Room 136. Preprofessional advisors were there to meet and help the students in a wide variety of areas, including HCOP.
