Digital Campus

Digital Campus is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students and faculty can contact Digital Campus for assistance during those hours by calling 278-6892.

To report Blackboard system errors and other Blackboard problems or issues, send email to dcfeedback@csufresno.edu. The messages are constantly monitored by Digital Campus technical staff.

Help Desk

The Help Desk should be contacted after Digital Campus hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 p.m.). Help Desk agents can provide immediate assistance regarding network status, reseting Blackboard passwords, etc.

Help Desk agents are available via telephone seven days a week between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The Help Desk provides general computing and communications support to the campus and is available to answer questions about electronic mail, Blackboard, the Internet, telephone and voicemail services, and some specific applications for the PC, Macintosh, and Unix platforms. Students can contact the Help Desk by calling 278-7000. Faculty and staff should call 278-5000. The Help Desk can also be reached for assistance via email at help@csufresno.edu.
