Planning Templates
In 2006, campus leadership from multi-disciplines came together to develop the California State University, Fresno Business Continuity Master Plan. This plan was meant to be a guide to operations in a post-disaster environment including, the framework for the operations analysis and the authority for the decision making process. In 2008, the Department of Risk Management & Sustainability created a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Template and Appendices for each Department and/or College to develop their own detailed Business Continuity Plan. Below are the templates to utilize for this development.
