Feeling stressed or tense? Enjoy a seated chair massage performed by a certified massage therapist right here on campus! Shelby Strategier is available by appointment on the third Wednesday of each month from 11 am - 3 pm. Call (559) 288-2437 to arrange an appointment through this Wellness@Work connection.

Enjoy the benefits of chair massage in a relaxed, safe and convenient atmosphere. The cost is $1 per minutes - 15 minutes or 30 minute massages are available.

Departments may also schedule a day/time when Shelby will come to your location to provide massages for your work group.
