Organizational Consultation

Employee Assistance is also available to Department Heads or supervisors to provide consultation regarding issues affecting the university or work group. Typical issues might be:

Dealing with workplace change
Community resource referrals
Mediation
Retreat facilitation

Assisting departments in dealing with the death of a coworker
