Stressful Event Response
In the event an unusual event happens in the workplace – it is often helpful for the Employee Assistance Director to be consulted. Examples of the types of issues that may be addressed:
- Death of a Co-worker
- Disasters (Natural or Man-made)
- Threat or act of violence
