construction worker on siteThe Construction Management Program resides in the Lyles College of Engineering at California State University, Fresno.

We have an interdisciplinary program that is committed to educating the future professionals in the construction industry. These professionals, who are known as constructors, will execute architectural designs, apply engineering principles, manage project resources, and represent suppliers and manufacturers in the construction industry.

Mission of Construction Management

The mission of the Construction Management Program is to prepare students for employment at the professional level in the discipline of construction and its related field. The program places emphasis on the acquisition of both fundamental theoretical knowledge and the application of current practices in the industry.

The program strives to provide assistance to the student in the development of personal qualities including human sensitivity, disciplined reasoning, and communications.
