Pathways: Student Services

Getting through college takes many skills. It requires building relationships with university resources and communities that support student discovery and provide a sense of direction for those who may need a little guidance along the way. Pathways: Student Services at Fresno State offers a variety of resources and services that are tailored to address the individual needs of all students in the Lyles College of Engineering.

The Lyles College of Engineering's Pathways: Student Services is a one-stop student resource center within the college. Pathways provides a broad range of services and programs to prospective and current students as well as alumni.

  • Academic Coaching - Ensures that all students fulfill the class requirements for their respective major and understand their general education requirements.
  • Tutoring - For all the core engineering, general education, and gate-keeper courses.
  • Professional Speaker Series - Informs students about cutting-edge technology, industry trends, and how to prepare for the professional realm.
  • Field Trips - Connecting students to industry and real world experience.
  • Tutorial/Technology Center - Space available for studying 24-hours a day.
  • Leadership Retreats - Gives Lyles College of Engineering students an opportunity to develop and learn leadership skills that can be implemented in their respective student organizations, and throughout their academic careers.
