When you register for a training course you will be prompted to enter your Fresno State ID and password.
What is a Fresno State ID?
Your Fresno State ID is your username for a number of University sites and services. (eMail, my.csufresno.edu, PeopleSoft).
Generally speaking, you'll recognize it as the first part of your Fresno State email address.
Who is eligible for a Fresno State ID?
All employees and students at Fresno State are eligible for a Fresno State ID. Non-State positions in the Foundation and Athletics Corporation may also have Fresno State IDs.
Who happens if I am unsure of my ID or have forgotten my ID and/or password?
You must use your California State University Fresno username and password to log into My Fresno State Portal. If you are unsure of your username and password test your California State University Fresno username and password at http://email.csufresno.edu.
If you have forgotten your username or password, you will need to call the Help Desk to have it reset for you.
If your password is working at http://email.csufresno.edu , you will need to try your username and password again My Fresno State Portal. If you are still getting the same error you may want to clear your history and temporary files and try again.
If you are still unable to login, you will need to contact the Help Desk with the text error message for troubleshooting.
