As an ancillary unit of the College of Science and Mathematics, the Forensic Biotechnology institute of California (FBIC) is committed to ensuring that the students enrolled in it's programs, and the Professional Science Master's Degree Programs in Forensic Science and Biotechnology in particular, have access to quality research experiences. We are also committed to providing research training for working professionals and continuing education to the public. We accomplish this goal through a variety of research and training opportunities which are provided by the various research groups within the institute that are aligned with Institute goals and designed to meet the needs of the prospective student or research associate.
