The 20th Century Book of Toasts.  This is one of the better toast books.  It is of the few toast books to have been reprinted after Prohibition.  This book contains the first reference example of the most common of drinking toasts "Here's to you. Here's to me.  If ever we should disagree, to hell with you.  Here's to me!"
