(1) This item is optional.  I first saw this gesture at Madam Yuk's house 15 Dec 2004 but the SOUND for this gesture is found on the 1989 A Night at the Bar with the Boys CD.

 

I first became familiar with this as a bawdy song when I acquired the ca 1972 booklet National Engineering Book of Song and Verse mentions motions which accompany the song but that they could only be learned while drunk.  Gestures are also mentioned in the 335th FS Chiefs Songbook which was issued at the beginning of the first Gulf War (1991).   This song is used as a drinking game by fighter pilots.  I have also encountered this song -- with motions -- on a few Hashes.    Here are the gestures from the the Boston H3:
