You're not number five,
Not number four,
Number three,
Number two.
No you're number one!

Notes:  You start off with the back of your hand facing the person you are singing to with all five fingers out.  Then when you sing "number four" you turn your hand so that your palm is facing them and pull back one your thumb.  When you sing "Number three", you reverse your hand again and pull back your pinky with your thumb so that you have the back of your hand facing the person and three fingers at him.  Continue likewise until you sing "No you're number one!" and your should be making this gesture:
