The doggies held a meeting,
They came from near and far,
Some came by airplane,
Some came by car.

Each doggy passed the entrance,
Each doggy signed the book,
Then each unshipped his asshole,
And hung it on the hook.

One dog was not invited,
It sorely raised his ire,
He ran into the meeting hall
And loudly bellowed, "Fire!"

A dog is often listless,
And without a second look,
Each grabbed another's asshole
From off another hook.

The tune for "Doggies Meeting" is AURELIA.  It is commonly known as the tune to "The Church's One Foundation". 

AURELIA was composed in 1864 by Samuel Sebastian Wesley (1810-1876; grandson of the great English hymnist Charles Wesley) as the setting for John Keble's wedding hymn "The Voice That Breathed O'er Eden." That same year the tune appeared in A Selection of Psalms and Hymns Arranged for the Public Service of the Church of England, Edited by the Rev. Charles Kemble and S.S. Wesley as the setting for three hymn texts: "Jerusalem the Golden", "Brief Life Here Our Portion", and "For Thee, O Dear, Dear Country."

The tune AURELIA was paired with Samuel John Stone's text of "The Church's One Foundation" in the Appendix of Hymns Ancient and Modern, 1868.
