The California State University, Fresno College of Science and Mathematics and Department of Chemistry are pleased to announce the launch of the forensic science program within the department of chemistry. This program builds on the department's long standing ties to the California Department of Justice Crime Laboratory located on campus.
With full-time faculty specializing in both forensic chemistry and forensic biochemistry, supporting faculty from other colleges and departments, and with a crime lab located on campus the program is positioned to deliver quality educational experiences including:
- Professional Science Master's Degree Program
- Continuing education for forensic professionals
- Advising on appropriate undergraduate preparation
- Forensic science research opportunities for Fresno State students (graduate and undergraduate)
