Students in the Professional Science Master’s Degree in Forensic Science program take core coursework covering a wide range of forensic science disciplines and specialize in their areas of interest through their research internship, elective coursework, and thesis research. The following coursework is required, and constitutes the core of the professional program:

Students will complete a majority of the core courses (FBS 205, FBS 251, FBS 252, and one session of FBS 282) before enrolling in FBS 291 (Science Laboratory Internship), FBS 298 (Project), or
