No admission applications will be accepted for Spring 2010
Applications for Fall admission are accepted October 1-April 1
The University Application — Domestic Students:
- Use the Graduate/Postbaccalaureate
Application for Admission.

Apply online through the CSU Mentor Web site:
www.csumentor.edu.
- All required materials ($55.00 application
fee, transcripts and standardized test scores) should be submitted
at the time of application.
Note: Transcripts must include grades
for the most recently completed coursework. If you are, or have
been, a student at California State University, Fresno, your transcripts
will be generated by the university upon receipt of your application.
If not, you must include one official transcript, in sealed envelopes,
from each college or university you previously attended and/or
are currently attending.
Your application will not be sent to the degree program for consideration
until all transcripts and test scores are received. All documents
should be received within two weeks after submitting your application.
Transcripts and test scores should be forwarded to: Graduate Admissions Office, 5150 North
Maple, JA 57, Fresno, CA 93740-8026.

application materials required for your degree
program (e.g., letters of intent, letters of recommendation, program
application, etc.) should be submitted directly to the graduate
coordinator/department office.
