- To move to the next field, use the tab, down or right arrow, or page down key.

- Check boxes: check or uncheck the chosen box with the x key, space bar, or by clicking on the box. (Note: Some check boxes are not changeable.)
- Drop-down menus: click on the field and choose a class or a blank by clicking or using the down or up arrows and the enter key.
- The default text in a text box can be deleted using the delete or backspace keys. Some drop-down menus have a blank as a choice, when applicable.
