The award was presented at the Graduate Degree Hooding Ceremony in the
Save Mart Center at Fresno State May 21.

Boparai is a citizen of India who is graduating with a Master
of Business Administration degree with a 3.9 g.p.a. She is a member
of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and has received a number of scholarships
for her academic work. She has already produced a paper analyzing the
worldwide applicability of situational leadership as a model for Global
Adaptive Leadership. One of her special attributes is her capacity to
share her energy with others through volunteer service in the community.
She has held a strong interest in volunteering for work at Hoover High
School and Children’s Hospital of Central California among other
organizations. She is currently a Program manager for “Going Global”
a federally funded BIE Grant. Faculty members are unanimous in their
