Holiday Hours
The Graduate Office will be closed Friday, December 24 for winter break, and is scheduled to reopen Monday, January 10. We are reopening later than the rest of the campus due to carpet replacement. On January 10 we will continue to maintain extended office hours, weekdays from 7:00 a.m. until noon and 1:00 until 6:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. closing time on Fridays).
Master's Degree Clearance
Master's Degree Clearance forms for students graduating this semester are due in the Graduate Office by 5:00 pm on Friday, December 17. The form is available in PDF and Word formats.
Interim Graduate Coordinator
Dr. Charles Degeneffe has been appointed the interim coordinator of the Rehabilitation Counseling program through the end of the spring 2005 semester.

Outstanding Thesis Award
The Outstanding Thesis Award is now based on the academic year. Only students who completed theses in the summer and fall semesters of 2004 and who will complete theses in spring 2005 are eligible for the 2004-2005 award. The deadline for college/school nomination paperwork and theses to be submitted to the Graduate Office for university-level committee review is April 7, 2005, by 6:00 p.m. Please encourage spring 2005 thesis students whose work may be of outstanding merit to meet deadlines established by the student's thesis committee and by the thesis office so they may be considered for this year's award.

2005 Graduate Student Appreciation Week
