The ICOA Advisory Committee

Advisory Committee: The ICOA Advisory Committee will consist of the ICOA Director, Dr. Donald Hunsaker, Dr. Fraka Harmsen, the Associate Dean for Science and Mathematics at CSUF, and a representative from each of the following colleges as follows:

Advisory Committee

• Agriculture: David Zoldoske Director, California Water Institute
• Science and Mathematics: Dr. Peter Van de Water, Assistant Professor, Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences
• Social Sciences: Dr. Segun Ogunjemiyo, Assistant Professor, Department of Geography
• Health Sciences: Dr. John Capitman, Executive Director, Central Valley Health Policy Institute
• Engineering: Dr. Walt Loscutoff, Chair and Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering

The ICOA Advisory Committee will report to the Dean of the College of Science and Mathematics, Dr. Andrew Rogerson. The Advisory Committee will select a chair at the first meeting of each academic year. If the Committee fails to select a chair, the Dean of the College of Science and Mathematics will appoint a chair. There is no limit on the number of times an individual may serve as Chair or on the number of consecutive terms served by one person as Chair.
