Master's Degree Clearance Deadline
As a reminder, Friday, December 19, 2003, is the deadline for submitting Master's Degree Clearance forms to the Division of Graduate Studies office for students who have applied to graduate with a master's degree and fulfilled all requirements for graduation this Fall 2003 semester.
Register for Your Classes ASAP!
IT students, please register for their Spring 2004 classes before Friday, December 12, 2003. If you do not register for the courses before December 12, the class you need might not have adequate enrollment and the class will be cancelled.

Graduate Admissions Deadline for Spring 2004
Memo from the University Admissions-Graduate and Postbaccalaureate Office:
The deadline for applying for admission as a postbaccalaureate or graduate student for the Spring 2004 semester is September 30, 2003. This deadline applies also to returning graduate students who have had a break in enrollment. Because of the high demand and budget reductions, the university closed to undergraduate applicants in July. The September 30th deadline will not be extended.
Undergraduate Seniors who expect to complete BA/BS requirements this December and wish to pursue a credential, masters, or take postbaccalaureate courses must submit the Graduate/ Postbaccalaureate Application for Admission by September 30, 2003. Undergraduate seniors who have already submitted a program application to a credential or masters program office also must submit the CSU application for university admission. Applications must be submitted online at: http://www.csumentor.edu.
Students with questions regarding the deadline may call 278-2261.

Attention IT Students: Register for Fall 2003 Semester ASAP!

Because of the tight budget situation, if students do not register before the end of the Spring semester, the class which they need for graduation that does not show adequate enrollment by Wednesday, May 14th will be cancelled!
