ITS is working hard to reduce unsolicited (Junk or Spam) E-mail.
Like most Internet users today, the Fresno State campus is being bombarded with unsolicited e-mail which includes promotions, chain letters and hoaxes. ITS is taking great measures to address this problem by implementing server-side solutions, educating the public about spam and testing alternate solutions like RBLs (realtime block lists).
