The
Help Desk provides general computing and
communications support to the campus and
is available to answer questions about electronic
mail, the Internet, telephone and voicemail
services, and some specific applications
for the PC, Macintosh, and Unix platforms.
The Help Desk is staffed for telephone
and web-based support from 7 AM to 10
PM every day, all year, including weekends
and most major holidays. To better customize
the support our customers receive, we
have separate telephone numbers for each
type of customer.
