Key players when the $1.5 million Summer Arts Program
comes to Fresno State next year will be Dr. Luis Costa, dean of
arts and humanities; Dr. Vida Samiian, associate dean; and Jim
Spalding, executive director of the Summer Arts Program, based
in the CSU Chancellor's Office in Long Beach. They are shown in
