Target donation helps students

Supervisors from area Target Stores present a $3,000 check to (far right) Joe Heuston (Financial Aid), Bernie Vinovrsky (Enrollment Services), Judy Sakaki (Student Affairs) and Paul DeRuosi (Student Affairs). With the Target donation, the scholarship office plans to purchase two computers dedicated to online scholarship research. The new computers will reduce the time students devote to the scholarship application process by allowing students to research scholarship opportunities electronically and submit online applications. The donation from Target Stores is part of an ongoing partnership with the university. Target visits campus annually to recruit graduates.
