This brown-bag lunch session is intended for department chairs and other senior faculty members who are responsible for helping junior faculty succeed. A panel of junior faculty members and senior faculty nominated for their effectiveness in mentoring will lead the discussion. Conference on Excellence in Teaching and Learning, Feb. 22, 12:30 - 5:30 p.m. Smittcamp Alumni House, Dr. Lillian Faderman, recipient of the 2000-2001 Provost's Award for Excellence in Teaching, will give the keynote presentation.
