Fresno State lost the following faculty and emeriti faculty over the summer break.

Merlyn D. Burriss, Professor Emeritus of Communication Arts and Sciences, died in July; Chester F. Cole, Professor Emeritus of Geography, died in July; Janet D. Hild, Professor, Department of Nursing, died in July; Darwin Musselman, Professor Emeritus of Industrial Arts and Technology, died in June; Wynn C. Tabbert, Professor Emerita of Social Work Education, died in June; and Lorraine Wiley, Professor, Department of Biology, died in August.
