CSEA meeting set

CSEA Chapter 309 will be holding its December meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 11, at noon in UC 202.

Lunch will be served to the first 55 attendees. Agenda items will include a legislative report from Mary Ann Bailey-Breed, CSEA legislative analyst; approval of Chapter 2002 budget; cash drawings; and the latest bargaining information

All CSEA represented employees are encouraged to attend.

Middle East lecture series wraps up

The last in a series of three educational forums on U.S involvement in the Middle East and alternatives to war will be Wednesday, Dec. 12, from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

Professor Goenewan Mohammad of UCLA will present "The September 11 Attack and Its Aftermath: An Indonesian Perspective" in Room 317 at University Student Union.

Forum sponsors are the Campus Coalition for Peace and Civil Liberties, College of Social Sciences Fresno Peace; Beth Anne Harnish Lectures and KFCF 88.1 FM.

Admission is free and open to the public.

Artist's work on display

Works by artist Ronald Dzerigian can be viewed in the Lyles Gallery of the Speech Arts Building through December 17.

Gallery hours are Monday through Friday from noon to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
