Winemasters Weekend a hit


President Welty and Sharon Brown-Welty greet Roland Henin, master chef and corporate chef for Delaware North Parks and Resorts, at the Fresno State Winemasters Weekend at the Tenaya Lodge near Yosemite National Park. A sell-out crowd of 250 attended the second annual gourmet event featuring award-winning Fresno State wines and agricultural products. Winemaster Kenneth Fugelsang presented an overview of the wines and winemaking style for each of the five courses. Henin, French-born and trained, is ranked among the top 50 chefs in the world.
