Media resources sought by University Relations office

The Provost and the Office of University Relations are updating the campus resource list of faculty, administrators and staff to be used to answer news media inquiries.

Local, state and national radio, newspaper and electronic media reporters often turn to Fresno State for contacts in various areas of expertise. We are seeking people from throughout the campus who can answer questions of an academic nature, as well as such areas as pop culture and hobbies.

By providing faculty, staff and administrators to answer media questions, we are enhancing Fresno State’s standing and image as a university that has well-versed authorities who contribute to a quality education for students.

University Relations staffers act as go-betweens in setting up interviews and are available to help those who agree to be media resources with their interviews.

If you are interested in being included in this resource directory, or if you have information to update from previous directories, please take a few minutes to respond to the following items. Please note that item 8 is optional, but could add a personal interest dimension to your entry.

If you have questions, contact Shirley Melikian Armbruster, director of News Services, at 8-5292, or shirleya.

Please e-mail your information to kathyp.
