Prejudice Reduction Workshop Oct. 24

Space is available in the Welcoming Diversity: One-Day Prejudice Reduction Workshops on Friday Oct. 24.

The free workshop is open to Fresno State faculty, staff, students and administrators but seating is limited.

Welcoming Diversity is a skill-building workshop designed to help participants identify and celebrate all social and cultural groups, to explore and appreciate similarities and differences, and to assist us in learning from one another and listening more effectively to one another. Our Campus Affiliate Team of the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) will conduct the workshops.

The workshops will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Renaissance Room. Lunch will be provided. Call 8-4435 to reserve a spot.

The NCBI team is a project of the President's Commission on Human Relations and Equity and is supported by the Office of the President and the Associated Students. For more information on NCBI contact Francine Oputa 8-4435 or visit the NCBI International Website at www.ncbi.org.
