Lyles Gallery display
"Flashes and Shadows," a show by artist Dixie Salazar
will continue through Nov. 21 in the Lyles Gallery in the Speech
Arts Building
. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, noon to 5 p.m.
Begun about 10 years ago, but not finished yet, the work in this
show includes collage, assemblage, digital creations and a new medium
for Salazar, mono prints. Found images, found objects, collectible
items and even bits of junk dug out of the trash have found their
way into this work.
