Custodial Cleaning Schedule

Due to reductions in Plant Operations’ budget, a new schedule for custodial services will be put into effect.

Classrooms, department offices, hallways and other public areas will receive daily cleaning that consists of disinfecting restrooms, sweep or vacuum floors, spot or thorough mop floors as per schedule, clean sinks and re-stock dispensers, empty waste receptacles, and clean chalkboards.

Personal offices will now only be cleaned on a weekly basis. This cleaning will consist of sweep or vacuum floors, empty trash receptacles, dust flat clear surfaces, damp clean and disinfect telephones, clean light switch, door plates, kick plates, dust window ledges and damp mop floors removing all spills or spots.
