Internship program

Nov. 10 is the deadline for applications for the Bono-Capps Congressional Internship Program in Washington, D.C.

The program, sponsored by the California State Society, selects two interns per school term to work in the House of Representatives, one in the office of the California House Republican delegation chair, and the other in the office of the California House Democratic delegation chair. Both interns work on federal issues of interest to the State of California, under the respective direction of the staff directors for the Republican and Democratic delegations.
