International Coffee Hour programs

The International Coffee Hour is held each Tuesday from 3-4 p.m. at the Kremen Building Atrium, rooms 54-58.

It is among the several programs sponsored by the International Student Services and Programs office to help international students to integrate into their new environment, and it enables the Fresno State community to have access to a great variety of cultures.

December programs include:

Dec. 1 - " The Thrilling Twin-Island State of Trinidad & Tobago." Darion Shawn Grant, a graduate student in Geomatic Engineering, will talk about history, geography, culture and general lifestyle in his homeland.

Dec. 8 -- "Cultural Changes in Sri Lanka." Sukahan Shazmin Nawaz, a Business undergraduate student from Sri Lanka, will make a presentation about her native country and the cultural evolutions it has experienced in recent years.

The programs are sponsored by the International Students Services and Programs office, USU Diversity Awareness Program and Division of Students Affairs.
