'Cat’ opens March 19
"Cat On A Hot Tin Roof," the Tennessee Williams' play which - like his "A Streetcar Named Desire" - won the rare double accolade of the Pulitzer Prize and the NewYork Drama Critics Circle Award, will be the next play at Fresno State 's University Theatre from March 19-27. more

"LUMIA," an exhibition of paintings and photographs by Joan Krejcar Sharma (Art and Design) will take place in the President's Gallery in the Thomas Administration from March 3 to April 9. A reception will be held on March 3, from 5-8 p.m. On March 4, the exhibit will be part of Art Hop, from 5-8 p.m.

Folk ensemble April 12

The Shoghaken Ensemble will perform in concert on Monday, April 12 at 7 p.m. in the Satellite Student Union. The concert is cosponsored by the Armenian Studies Program and Knights of Vartan organziation. Ticket prices and further information will be announced. more

Lorenz Keyboard Concert is March 17
The Philip Lorenz Memorial Keyboard Concerts will present pianist Bruno Leonardo Gelber playing works by Beethovern, Brahams and Schumann on Wednesday, March 17, at 8 p.m. in the Concert Hall at Fresno State. more

Lyles Gallery display
"30 Small Paintings and More" by Marge Erbes will be displayed in the Lyles Gallery of the Speech Arts Building from March 7 to April 16. The gallery is open from noon to 5 p.m. , Monday through Friday. more
