Fee waiver deadlinesStaff and faculty, who plan to use their Fee Waiver benefits for the fall 2004 semester must submit their Fee Waiver Application to Employment Services by May 15, 2004 , in order avoid a delay in processing or overpayment of fees. All registration fees must be paid to the Cashier's Office, Joyal Administrative Building , by July 23, 2004 at 5 p.m. Payment not received by the deadline will result in the disenrollment of classes for the student by the Admission's Office. Completed (and approved) fee waiver forms submitted to Employment Services by the May 15 due date will be processed to adjust the student's fees. If your form is late, improperly completed or missing required signatures, it will cause a delay in processing and you may have to pay the full amount of fees upfront and request to be reimbursed for the difference or have the amount credited to your account. (You will need to contact the Accounting Office for reimbursements.) A new form must be submitted for each semester for either the Application for Faculty/Staff Waiver of Fees or Transfer of Represented or Non-Represented Employee Fee Waiver to Spouse, Domestic Partner or Dependent Child. Fee Waiver Applications and information can be obtained at the receptionist desk in Employment Services, Joyal Administration Building , room 164 or online at the Human Resources website. Contact the Fee Waiver Help line at 8-7269 for more information. |
