Foundation book on sale

"The Team Behind the Teams: The First 50 Years of The Bulldog Foundation" is now available at both the Kennel Bookstore and the Bulldog Shops for $20 including tax.

The 368 pages (including 20 pages of photos) is a walk down memory lane filled with insightful, interesting stories and a fun read for Bulldog fans.

 Bruce Farris, who spent 50 years covering Fresno State sports for The Fresno Bee, has amassed a colorful history of the first 50 years of the only organization dedicated to funding scholarships for  Fresno State 's student-athletes. 

The book covers every BDF president, as well as key coaches, players, administrators, community leaders and others who helped make this organization one of the most successful of its kind in the country, and one that helped shape the face of Fresno State and the Valley.
