This month, the Experimental Theatre Company presents "Five Women Wearing the Same Dress," a play by Alan Ball, author of the acclaimed film "American Beauty."

"Five Women Wearing the Same Dress,"is a comedy about five unhappy bridesmaids attending the wedding of "the perfect woman." The women struggle to maintain their hope that a happy marriage is in their future even as they recognize that the men in their lives have different agendas.

The women's revelations, at turns hilarious and heartbreaking, strip away their romantic illusions and prompt them to face the realities of life and love.

Due to strong language and sexual themes, it is recommended that anyone under 17 be accompanied by an adult.

All performances are in the Lab School Theatre, located next to the University High School on the Fresno State campus.

Performance dates and times are April 16 at 4 p.m. , April 17 at 2 and 8 p.m. , and April 18 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $4.

For more information, call the Theatre Box Office at 8-2216. Tickets can be purchased at the Theatre Box Office or online at http://www.csufresno.edu/Theatre .
