Smith honored

Bruce Owdom, left, of the Fresno Historical Society, presents a framed photo of the Old Administration Building at Fresno City College to Dr. Ephraim Smith in recognition of the Fresno State history professor’s effort to save the building from being torn down.

Owdom is a member of the board of trustees of the society and chair of the Preservation Committee. Smith has been actively involved in efforts to preserve the historic building at City College , the original location of Fresno State.
