Multimedia programApplications are now being accepted for a summer cohort for the Fresno State Multimedia Program, an offering of CETL, AIC and the Digital Campus. The deadline is May 2. Apply online at http://training.csufresno.edu/OtherSoftware/multimedia/multimedia.asp . Participants will be selected by May 5. The multimedia program provides a comprehensive experience in learning and using technology such as digital photography, video, VR photography, and more to create a multimedia project. Participants are expected to produce a multimedia project as part of the program and will attend a series of workshops designed to prepare them for the production of their project. Examples of projects being produced by members of the first cohort include: QuickTime VR movies for learning American Sign Language and an instructional and recruitment Web site for children's theatre. (If you are interested in the program, but do not have a project idea, indicate in your application that you are interested in working on a campus project to be provided by the program.) Program workshops will be held immediately following the spring semester and prior to the start of the fall semesterwith the first meeting on May 14, 9:30 a.m. to noon . Participants will have the flexibility of attending some or all of the events as needed for their project. The workshop schedule is as follows:
