Self-service support, training

Through our call center, walk-in services, training lab, and on-site visits, the ITS campus Help Desk and AIC's Technology Training group is available to assist the campus community with its IT support needs.

A suite of new services are available at our current site at https://help.csufresno.edu .

These new services will complement and enhance central support and training for the university. All have an emphasis on saving time.

Highlights of new features and services at help.csufresno.edu are as follows:

  • Hot News update windows

  • Point of delivery feedback surveys

  • Point of delivery interlaced references to training & support content

  • Secure content for faculty, staff and students

  • Searchable

  • Volumes of training and support content for university-wide technologies

  • Self-service online forms that can feed submissions directly into our trouble ticket/request tracking systems

  • Automated problem diagnosis against our central knowledgebase (scheduled to be released in June)

We are confident that our new Self-Help and Training services will empower the campus community to resolve IT support and training needs in an efficient and time-saving way.
