Self-service support, trainingThrough our call center, walk-in services, training lab, and on-site visits, the ITS campus Help Desk and AIC's Technology Training group is available to assist the campus community with its IT support needs. A suite of new services are available at our current site at https://help.csufresno.edu . These new services will complement and enhance central support and training for the university. All have an emphasis on saving time. Highlights of new features and services at help.csufresno.edu are as follows:
