Yaw Oheneba-Sakyi
Yaw Oheneba-Sakyi (Africana and American Indian Studies) presented a paper, entitled "Structural Influence on Mate Selection: A Contemporary African Case Study" at the National Council for Black Studies 28th Annual International Conference in Atlanta, Ga., on March 19. In this presentation, he examined the cultural and structural factors of mate selection patterns among men and women in contemporary Ghana.
