Manager of General Accounting

Toni Armendariz has been appointed Manager of General Accounting. She will replace Dennis Livezey upon his retirement.

Armendariz is a graduate of Fresno State. Early in her career she worked as an Accounting Technician. She left the university in pursuit of obtaining her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate. 

Armendariz now rejoins the accounting staff after working for the State Board of Equalization, the Fresno Unified School District, the County of Fresno, the City of Fresno and most recently the Westlands Water District.
