Life+Work+Links calendar of events is up and running.

The massage threapy program is back. The massage therapist is on campus the first and third Tuesday of every month and it only costs $1 per minute of massage. Contact Tonya Franklin, 8-4851 to make an appointment.

The Weight Watchers @ Work program begins Sept. 28. This on-site resource has proven to be an effective and affordable program.

Thinking about retiring but have a few questions?  Attend a five-part pre-retirement workshop “Before the Last Paycheck.”  For five consecutive Wednesdays we will present you with resources and information to assist you in making what could be one of the biggest steps of your life.
