Open House Academic & Student Services Information Fairs

More than 1,500 prospective students, parents and guests are expected to attend the Fresno State Open House on Oct. 30.

The campus community is invited to participate in the following activities: 

Academic Fair

Academic departments are invited to participate and represent themselves in the Academic Fair, which will be held in the Peace Garden from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.  The Academic Fair is an opportunity for faculty to meet prospective students and an opportunity to showcase your respective school and departments.

You may set up your information table starting at 9 a.m. E-mail Lupe Maldonado at lupem@csufresno.edu to confirm your department’s participation. Indicate your name and the name of your department.

Student Information Fair

Representatives from student services and student organizations may provide information about services or organization during the Student Information Fair from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Free Speech Area. Set up is at 11:00 a.m.

Student services and student organization representatives are asked to confirm your attendance by e-mailing Mary Hernandez at maryh@csufresno.eduwith the name of your organization, representative’s name, phone number and e-mail address.

All participants for the Academic and Student Services Fairs should respond by Oct. 8.
