Group ticket sales
The Bulldog Ticket Office is encouraging all Central Valley businesses, service organizations and groups to take advantage of the online "Group Ticket Window." more

Teams make appearances
Several teams have made public appearances this fall. The equestrian squad visited Children's Hospital in mid-September. Members spoke about helmet safety while patients had the opportunity to interact with two Fresno State horses. more

Fresno State to host championships
For the first time in school history, Fresno State has been selected to host the 2004-05 first and second round of the NCAA Women's Basketball Championship games, March 19 and 21, at the Save Mart Center. more

Athletic graduation rates improve dramatically

Fresno State 's Athletics Department continues to make great strides in academic success. Among those is an 11 percent increase in the overall department's graduation rate according to information released by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). more

Ticket outlets
The Bulldog Ticket Office has entered into agreements with the Save Mart Center and University Student Union to act as ticket outlets for the remainder of our football season. The University Student Union will be selling student and student guest tickets while the Save Mart Center will sell public tickets.

 

New faces on the court
Fresno State head women's basketball coach Stacy Johnson-Klein has announced the hiring of Drew Champagne and Calamity McEntire as assistant coaches. more

Olympians to be honored
The university will honor its 2004 Summer Olympians on Nov. 12 during half-time of the Fresno State-Hawai'i football game.   All Bulldog Olympians of the past will be invited to attend the celebration. more

Football bus to San Jose
There will be a Bulldog football bus tour to San Jose State on Nov. 27. One hundred seats on the 50-yard line have been earmarked for the Red Wave at Spartan Stadium and are available on a first-come basis for those on the tour. Contact Tim Schiller at 225-3164. The bus will leave Fresno at 8:30 a.m. and stop for lunch at Dave and Busters in San Jose before the 2 p.m. game. There will be a dinner stop on the way back to Fresno. A roundtrip ride and game ticket is $75 per person.

Men’s basketball team adopts Academic Gameplan
With the first exhibition game on Nov. 4, Fresno State men’s basketball coach Ray Lopes is anticipating a great season heading into his third year with the Bulldogs. more

Hall of Fame inductees
Three former Bulldogs along with the 1988 Fresno State baseball team were inducted into the 2004 Bulldog Baseball Hall of Fame on Oct. 21. more
