Alice Wright

Alice Wright (Biology) and four students analyzed the effectiveness of various cleaning products on germs for CBS affiliate KBAK-TV in Bakersfield and were featured on the Nov. 8 newscast.

Julie Olson-Buchanan (Management) was featured in Chicago Tribune columnist Carol Kleiman's Nov. 18 piece, “Worker involvement called a grievance beater.”

Charles Degeneffe (Rehabilitation Counseling) contributed with Jodi Saunders of the University of Iowa two chapters entitled, "Case Management for People with Developmental Disabilities" and "Case Management and Non-Profit Agencies" to the textbook, "Case Management for Rehabilitation Health Professionals" (Aspen Professional Services, 2004).

Michael Gorman (dean, Library Services), president-elect of the American Library Association, was the subject of a column by the editor-in-chief of the Library Journal. Read the column.

David Zoldoske (Center for Irrigation Technology) is the new president of the Irrigation Association, an international nonprofit organization that promotes modern water preservation through efficient irrigation, and water management skills and techniques for irrigated agriculture, turf, landscape and golf.

Bob Hill (Management) was featured Nov. 22 on the Dale Julin Radio Talk Show along with two keynote speakers the the Craig School of Business MBA Program business and community colloquium, "Know Your Place.”
