Cabrera assists with strength

Moses Cabrera is in his first season as interim assistant strength coach at Fresno State.

He previously spent a year-and-a-half at the University of Nebraska-Omaha after serving as a graduate assistant at Fresno State for two years (2002-03).

Assisting with strength duties for the football program, he also directly oversees the design and implementation of strength programs for the 'Dogs volleyball, softball, wrestling, men’s and women’s track and field and men’s tennis.

As the primary strength coach University of Nebraska-Omaha, he also assisted with the sports of football, wrestling and track and field.

Cabrera received a bachelor of science in health and exercise science and is a 2000 graduate of Oral Roberts University. He is certified by the United States Weightlifting Federation.

The Deming, N.M., native is a member of the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach’s Association and the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
